Cactus Lakes only ships to destinations within the United States.
Returns Policy
If your order has not yet shipped, and you would like to cancel: Please respond back to the order confirmation you received via e-mail. If you no longer have the e-mail, or did not receive an e-mail, use the Contact Us form. In some cases, I may be able to cancel the order before the charge reaches your card/account.
If your order has already shipped, then you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
If you need to return an item, please click here to Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Returned items must still be in new condition. In some situations a partial refund may be granted.
